At The Brownielicious, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since our products are made fresh to order and are perishable, we have a clear and fair policy to handle refund and return requests.


1. No Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a product has been delivered or collected, it cannot be returned.


2. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order at least 12 hours before your scheduled delivery time.

  • Orders canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled delivery will not be refunded, as preparation may already be underway.


3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item or product.

  • Your order was damaged in transit and cannot be consumed.

  • You did not receive your order at all.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

  • We will assess the situation and process a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or bank transfer and may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.


4. No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Failure to collect the order at the agreed time.

  • Minor differences in taste, texture, or appearance — as all our items are handmade and may vary slightly.
